Peer Rep Index is a working web application for managers, team leaders, HR teams, people operations, and organizational-development work. It collects structured peer feedback and converts it into quantifiable information about individuals, working relationships, and team dynamics.

Managers can create organizations and assessments, manage participant rosters, and assign peer-rating relationships. Analytics are available at the organization, subject, and relationship levels, helping teams examine both broader patterns and specific working relationships.

Participant-facing workflows support completing assigned assessments and viewing released results. The product was designed to give managers another source of measurable information for understanding how people experience working with one another.
